The whole process of gypsum block consists of gypsum powder construction and block preparation. The influence on environment mainly lies in gypsum powder construction. The powder dust, cinder and smoke released by it are very smaller in comparison with other building materials; therefore, it will be enough to take general controlling measure.
The gypsum block equipment consist of preparation system, mixing machine, central hydraulic station, space distance and PLC electric control device. By adopting the advanced vertical hydraulic emission technology and PLC electric control device, the whole process can be fully automatic, high output, high precision.
