   Appliance Features:

Adopting micro-electronics and micro- processing technology,

 Prepaid, no paying, No water;

One TM card imported from USA, one water meter,

  Lithium battery : Low-power consumption, stable performance in

long-term field service.

  Suitable for the water temperature at 0℃~ 40℃.

Electrical meter is connected with mechanical meter by one cable, can be installed on the position in certain distance ,

Max distance between two meters is up to 500mm.

In executing system, it can set up a dividing point between 4

different blocks of used volumes by water supplier according to

their country policy., and thus have 5 different kinds of water rates.

For example, when the monthly used volume of the user

doesn’t exceed the demarcation point, normal price is charged;

when it exceeds the limit point A, a higher price is charged; and if

the monthly used volume exceeds the limit point B, a much higher

price will be charged.

 It helps user and water supplier operate this meter in much easier

Way and it is much efficient for water supply to save water.

 Main Function Features as below,

   Pre-payment Function: Pre-payment prior to using water. Valve will be off while pre-payment use up.

   LCD Display Function: displaying the balance volume, total used volume, current purchased volume, On/Off, remind of purchasing water, using new battery, and pulling out of TM card and miss-operation etc.

   Double Sequential Access technology Function: Adopting double sequential access technology and completely resolve the problem of the measuring difference between TM card electrical meter and mechanical meter.

   Ball Valve Technology Function: Floating ball valve can avoid being fixed, controlling the lower currency, set up cleaning automatically so as to avoid full rustiness due to water scale.

 Patent No. ZL 2007 2 0107935.5 for it.

   Balance Alarm Function:  While the balance volume reaches to the limited level, the valve will shut off for one time so as to remind the user of paying attention to the pre-payment will used up soon. User can press the enquiry key to make the appliance re-work.

Max. Volume Limited Function: To each user, Water supplier can fix the top used volume in system for every month or year according to their country policy.

While purchased volume exceeds the limited level, it will be failed for purchasing.

Less Zero treatment Function: Under normal working status, the valve will shut off while the pre-payment meet to zero. If the valve happens to malfunction, the record for negative data will be made as well. It will be deducted in the next pre-payment.

   Back-check Automatically Function: Appliance can check back automatically the used volume per month of the latest 12 months.

   Data Storage Function:  All the data in the executer can be stored for over 10 years.

Reimbursing Function: Balance of pre-payment will be refund to the TM card while the appliance must be replaced because of its fixed quality period, such as 6 years.

**** Automatic Measuring & Calculating Function: Water being supplied, electrical meter automatically measure the passing volume into rate and then calculate into your currency.

Password and Protection Function: Using the TM card imported from USA, automatically identifying the dada process of one card / one water meter.

Disturbance Inspection Function: while the strong magnetism is disturbing the measuring data, appliance will automatically record the date of unconventionality.

Malfunction Inspection Function: Appliance can automatically inspect the malfunction comprehensively so that technicians maintain it very easily.

Low Pressure Inspection Function: the valve will be shut off and alarm is supplied while the appliance has inspected the battery is under very low pressure. Meanwhile, it reminds of replacing the battery on LCD.

Water-drop Measuring Function: Appliance system can still measure accurately the water passing volume while water is dropping. The initial fluxion is better than the standard level.

Saving Electricity Function: While the water meter doesn’t work, consumption of battery reach zero. Long-life and high power battery can be used about 9 ~ 10 years.

   Cable broken inspection Function: While line broken, the covering message will be transferred to appliance executing system. The valve shut off.
