introduction

R-5660-H series of Rigid Mica Plate is mica laminates designed for providing
outstanding electrical insulation at high temperature, which consist of
approximately 90 % Muscovite (or Phlogopite) and 10% high temperature
resistant silicone resin. R-5660-H series has two species:
 R-5660-H1:  Muscovite Rigid Mica Plate, Silver color, Heat resistance:
500 /932°F (In constant operation), 750  /1382°F (in intermittent ℃ ℃ 
operation) .
 R-5660-H3:  Phlogopite Rigid Mica Plate, Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance: 750 / ℃ 1382°F (In constant operation), 1000   /1832°F (in ℃ 
intermittent operation).

Size:  Sheets of 1000 x 600 mm   1000 x 1200 mm   1000 x 2400mm
    Strips / punched parts according to drawings for thickness 0,1 to 2,0 mm.
Thickness:  0,1mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm,0.3mm, …… 5mm.

application

Domestic application: clothes irons, hair dryer , toaster, kettles, cooking
appliances, microwave oven, air heater…
Industrial heating applications: wound heater elements, cylindrical resistance
heaters, metallurgy industry for intermediate frequency furnace, arc furnace,
etc.
