Product Description

High speed UV spot and overall coating machine employs the upper-sway gripper-pass-sheet method to enable high speed of 6600 sheets/hour. Teflon net UV curing conveyor is characteristic of high speed, precise position, high efficiency curing and low energy. After sheet traveling through UV coater and being transferred directly by Teflon net, delivery grippers can not be heated by UV lamps to avoid gripper deformation or damage and to ensure easy maintenance.
