Product Inspection:

• Pre-production inspection (PPI)

• Pre-production inspection (PPI): An visual check on the quality of the components, raw materials and accessories at the beginning of production against the client's specification and/or reference samples. The PPI prefigure any possible defects, thus it permits timely corrections and readjust quality control process before the mass production is initiated; any non-conformity is immediately reported so as to avoid delay in shipment.

• During the production inspection (DPI): An roundly visual check on the quality of components, materials, semi-finished products and finished products in the early stage of the production, and know the schedule of the production process, should any defects be found, HIC inspector will identify the causes and recommend corrective measures for quality improvement during the following production stages.

• Final random inspection (FRI): The final random inspection is performed when the products are 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment. HIC inspector draw random samples based on a statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z 1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 or NF X 06-022. HIC inspector check on quantity, workmanship, color, style, function, size specification, packing details, label, etc., to verify that the finished shipping lots conform to the client's specification, order, L/C, reference samples and etc.
