Structural features

• Oil cup system: The oil cup is used to hold nail polish, and its design focuses on sealing and precise ink supply. Working principle

First, the nail polish is in the oil cup, and the ink supply mechanism allows the appropriate amount of nail polish to reach the surface of the printing plate. The pad printing rubber head descends, accurately dips the nail polish pattern on the printing plate, then rises and moves to the top of the workstation where the nail products are placed, descends again to transfer the pattern to the nail products, completing a pad printing cycle, and repeats this process for efficient production.
