2.Adopt original Germany imported blade, min curtain thickness at 0.08mm

3. Curtain coating blade adopt double post support frame, which easy to clean after adjusting and using.

4.Conveying belt adopt imported 1.5 mm PU belt, which resistant various solvent and prevent chemical canker. 

5.Bearing adopt imported bearing, which have good airproof frame and prevent oil soakage.

6.Machine equip with a large capacity electrical constant temperature paint box and paint pump, which have good filtering effect and flux stability.  

7 There are five layers filtering net in paint box, which would filter the impurity after paint refluence . 

8 Paint box equip with refluence relax system, which would eliminate the bubble
