Product Description

These are designed for the straight line welding of metals from 2mm up to 30mm.They are compatible with any arc welding process for the welding of parts with lengths up to 12m.
BLC seam welders are designed to produce high quality welds and enhance productivity. High pressure clamping holds the material to be welded against a specially designed back-up insert. This ensures good fit-up and even quenching along the weld joint. a carriage travels at a constant surface speed to move the welding equipment in perfect alignment with the entire length of the weld joint.
Various styles are available to suit the application. These include external, internal and combination models, for the welding of thin sheets and exotic materials , precision and extra-precision models are available. A wide range of options and auxiliary system control and integration equipment provide the ability to customize the seam welder for the application.
