     We have sold 2 of 5wire machine and now we are manufacturing 30 wire machine.

2. From that were you able to collect data as to the cost /m2 of cutting?  

      Cost of diamond tools is USD 4.2/M2, If you use our diamond wire otherwise it will increase.

3. Warranty? 

      1 year warranty for 5 wire and 2 years warranty for 30 wires machine 

      And 30 wires price included installation service, if you no need, we can give $10,000 discount.

4. Is cutting down feed rate variable? 

      Yes it is variable as per stone harness.

5. What is maintenance schedule (monthly, yearly)? 

      Lubrication is automatic, you need to check rubber ring is ok or need to replace

6. What is the cost of these parts that need to be replaced?  

     Rubber ring generally need to replace every after 3to 5 months and its cost of all 

     fly wheel rubber ring  is 10000 USD aprx. There is no other maintenance in the machine.

7. What is the slab saw accuracy (+or- ? mm)?

Our machine is having IP address with camera, hence if any customer is facing any problem with 

programming or customer want to change programme through us we can change or operate machine 

from our office by seeing machine through internet camera. 

Machine is having all the parts rotating so it has very less maintenance problem. 

Only rubber ring replacement is there after certain intervals. 

Our machine can cut the block as per its harness in auto mode where machine will use its best efficiency

 to cut at its maximum speed.
