PP-R cold/hot water pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce domestic pipes, industrial pipes for water and compressed air transportation. The diameter and thickness of pipes can be varied.

The screw and die are specially designed according to the feature of PP-R. Frequency converter is used for speed control. Main electrical elements adopt world famous brand Siemens or Shneider. The PP-R cold/hot water pipe extrusion line is characterized by high output and steady quality. This line is also suitable for the production of crosslinked PE pipes and other polyolefine products. Detailed ingredients and complete manufacture line can be provided.

By line SJG-Z 65*30-63 the diameter range can be 12-63mm. Output 30-120kg/h.
