Automatic coating Line:
Automatic coating line is a kind of fully automatic transmission equipment, with manual spraying machine driven by a variety of mechanicals and electrical appliances. It includes the automatic equipments for hardware, plastic and furniture coating. At present, it is generally divided into five-ton standard aerial transmission lines for hardware and furniture and five-ton weighting transmission line. For chain transmitting line with two moving wheels and one leveling wheel, single-round wheel chain transmitting line, and ground track transmitting line for spraying furniture, we can design a set of fully automatic spraying equipments operated by clients according to their different products, which can save labors and be applied for mass production.

2. The transmitting chain and touching point of track are equipped with bearing, cooperating with the precise track, and then they can run smartly and smoothly without fibrillation
3. Static & de-dusting system; imported high-voltage electrostatic generator; the ion wind mouth can be mechanically adjusted from top to bottom, left to right, can change according to size of the product, besides, the work pieces can self rotate, then there is no death corner for de-dusting.
4. The automatic spraying gun realizes the digital mass production and improves the enterprises' ideal production efficiency by replacing of traditional spraying method with high cost.
5. Design of the water pool environmental spraying room; the air flows smoothly and cleanly; the careful allocation of flow conduction board and flow interruption board in spraying room keeps the disorder flow from work pieces and removes pollution quickly.
6. The drying room is designed with vertical hot air convection, hot air on the top, then the air returns from track; the down pressed air flow can efficiently control pollution, and the temperature is distributed evenly; the returned air is heated to be reused after being filtrated by filtration net, clean and saving energy.
7. There are several UV lamps in UV curing room, to be able to arbitrarily adjust the irradiation distance and perspective. The forcibly rotating bodies enable work pieces to get even illumination. The inside of the UV lamps is equipped with imported light filter to avoid excessive illumination on work pieces and keep the lamp pipe working ordinarily.
