The pipe produced by this large diameter solid wall pipe extrusion  line can be widely used in water supply and drainage system.

The maximum pipe diameter this line can produce is 630mm. This production line can be equipped with SJZ series conical twin extruder or parallel twin screw extruder. The haul off machine has two –way, three-way, four-way, six-way types. The cutting machine has blade saw cutting and planetary cutting method. We also supply all kinds of moulds for this line.

The line SJQG-Z90*30-160 can produce pipe diameter 40-160mm. The output 200kg/h. Total power for this line 130kw. Power consumption 80kw.

The line SJQG-Z120*30-400 can produce pipe diameter 110-400mm. The output 400kg/h. Total power for this line 220kw. Power consumption 130kw.

The line SJQG-Z150*30-630 can produce pipe diameter 400-630mm. The output 700kg/h. Total power for this line 380kw. Power consumption 230kw.
