Product Description

I. N612 Abrasive Filament

N612 is premium-quality filament with special priorities compared to other products such as: flexibility, resilience, strength, durability, and low rate of water absorption and can be a substitute for import abrasive filament.

The work under surface dressingwith high speed in short period of time would be preferred to use cooling fluid or wet fog based on its melting point of 210℃ and heat distortion temperature of180℃ to prolong its lifetime and avoid heat of fusion and heat ageing.

II. N610 Abrasive Filament

N610 Abrasive Filament can meet craft requirements of most customers and work any conditions featuring an economical product, low rate of water absorption, resilience, durability.

With a melting point of 215℃ andheat distortion temperature of170℃, cooling fluid or wet fogshall be employed under the working condition of high speed and pressure to prolong its lifetime.

III. N6 Abrasive Filament

N6 abrasive filament with the lowest price features durability, flexibility, resilience, resistance, and have a priority that applies to flexible and dry grinding condition.

N6 abrasive filament which has a melting point of 215℃ and heat distortion temperature of 190℃ shall be applicable to dry grinding condition under high speedand high pressure in short period of time. Recommend to try it first in small quality, then follow using in bulk when using in cooling fluid with less rigidity.

VI. DIY Colorful Abrasive Filament

DIY colorful abrasive filament applies to electric and machine tools.

With such characteristics as flexibility, durability, resilience, resistance, and flexible filament and long service life, N6 colorful abrasive filament shall adapt to dry grinding condition.

N610 colorful abrasive filament features high rigidity, high cutting resistance, high efficiency of grinding, but less durability compared to N6 and shall not work for a long period of time under high speed and pressure working condition.

V.  SIC (Silicon carbide) is harder and sharper than AO (aluminumoxide) abrasive gritand has high cutting resistance, high efficiency of grinding, durability, and has a balance of properties that applies to a diversity of uses. AO abrasive filament is preferred for field required low rate rigidity such as aluminum bronze material, electronically finish machining, carved furniture finishing, carved furniture refinishing.

VI. Recommendation

1. To choose abrasive filaments’ types, quantity, and diameters according to the surface hardness, toughness and processing precision of work pieces.

2. To choose appropriate types in light of customers’ usage, working condition and properties of abrasive filaments. E.g. under the dry abrasive working condition of high speed and pressure, N6 abrasive filament shall be preferred; while in cooling abrasive, N612 and N610 shall be preferred.

3. Users who are using domestic filaments can directly choose our products. to enhance products’ qualities,

4. To appropriately using import filament, recommend to start trying from small quality, then follow in bulk.

5. To adjust amount, hardness, and diameters of abrasive and DIY color based on industries and working conditions to develop and tailor OEM special abrasive filament.

Choosing high quality filaments with low price is your first step to succeed as brush quality shall speak for its function.
