Vertical and horizontal dewaxing furnace:
Each type furnace can be designed to possess one of the flowing three atmosphere dewaxing ways: H2 at low positive pressure,vacuum and low minus pressure of carrier gas.
The new type of controlling atmosphere debindering furnace can be provided with all three atmosphere debindering ways. It is capable of debindering every binder such as wax, rubber, PEG, SBS, SPB, 2C, and so the like.
Patent technology makes the carrier gas uniformity and cooling down quickly after finish of debinding.
Special designing of structure of heating and heat preservation can make the temperature uniformity in 7c.

The distribution of heating power has been optimized to make temp. uniformity, the coercivity-deviation of one batch products (YG8) less than 0.5KA/m,temp.Uniformity+/-5-7c;
Rapid cooling:6 hours from 800c to 60c.
Vacuum Debinding and Gas Sintering Furnace:
It is designed for debinding and sintering of green parts. Combination of the tight graphite box and proper vacuum pump makes the furnace inside and evacuation system clean.
N2,H2,CH4,Ar,CO gas can be introduced into the tight box so that binder is removed with it or to adjust the sintering C-climate.
Rapid cooling function reduces the cycle time.
Automatic control, friendly communication interface, easily handled.
