1 Polyester

Polyester fiber characteristics (dense) - hot melt dyeing, high temperature high pressure dyeing - selection of dyes - disperse dyes - temperature - (hot melt dyeing) 190C - (high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing) to 130C.

Infrared pre-baking the role:

The dye molecules are initially attached to the fibers, to prevent problems such as flower color appears.

The role of high-temperature baking:

The dye molecules gain full access to the interior of the fiber, through the process of dye uptake fiber.

Restore cleaning role:

Excess dye molecules to decompose to ensure product for color fastness.

2. Nylon (protein products)

Nylon fiber characteristics (having a reactive functional group) - steaming process - the chosen dye - (weak) Acid Dyes - Temperature - 100 degrees Celsius.

Steaming effect:

Acidic dye molecules reacted fully with the corresponding functional group in the fiber, to complete the process of dyeing fibers in the acidic dye.
