SCRAP BIOCHEMICAL PRYOLYSIS SYSTEM –
Year 2006 Jan Many years ago, E-SUN recognized the need for a scrap tire pryolysis system that would produce a high grade carbon black product. K & J background as an innovative Pyro-system designer of indirect fired rotary kilns and grinding mills has been a key factor in completing this project. A pilot plant was installed at the Pryolysis Systems Test Center in the Taiwan, with a scrap Tire, Bamboo and Soybean feeding capacity of over 500 to 1,000 kg/month.

Product

The E-SUN Pyrolysis System is a continuous system, feeding Tire,Bamboo and Soybean, shreds into an indirectly fired rotary kiln. The materials decompose, with a carbon char going to final processing, and the gas to an oil condensing system. The non-condensable gases. Can be used as fuel for power generation or other direct fired uses. E-SUN - Pyro Systems has received patents on the process design and key mechanical features of the ire, Bamboo and Soybean Pyrolysis System. A patent is pending on the oil condensing system developed for the recovery of oil. Carbon Black produced from the pilot plant has been successfully used in the production of Tire, Bamboo and Soybean and industrial all products.
