I. General

This series of concrete mixing stations are researched and developed by Yantai Haishan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd, combining with the technical advantages and operation experiences of many types of mixing towers and stations from both home and abroad. This series of mixing stations have superior performances both in interior and exterior structures, software and hardware. II. Main characteristics

1、The machine is stable in performance, accurate in weighing, with high productivity and good quality. It offers three kinds of operation modes: manual, automatic and semi-automatic, and can be adjusted to different working conditions. Besides, it can store random quantity of concrete recipes. The machine is equipped with printer, with perfect printing functions, so it can print all kinds of data at the same time. This can greatly facilitate production management.

2、The mixing mainframe adopts decelerator and oil sealing system specifically designed and produced by foreign standard manufacturers for double-horizontal axle compulsive mixer, offering stable transmission, smooth operation, low noise, strong blending force, good homogeneity, rapid mixing speed, while without any oil leakage.The mixing vanes and scale boards are made of endurable special high intensity cast steel.

3、Each balance of the weighing system is equipped with three high precision cantilever weighing sensors, which is little affected by vibration, with high accuracy and long life, while without any systematic wearing. It is the most reliable measuring system in industrial measurement of concrete mixing stations.

4、The control system applies industrial controlled computer and electronic scale, with high measurement precision, little error, screen displayed data, proportioned storing, dynamic zero tracking, automatic fall compensation, and functions of production management, material consumption, statistics, printing and monitoring. The IPC (industrial personal computer) has a friendly and compact user interface, offering comfortable operation, convenient and flexible parameter setting. The system is equipped with operation passwords, and according to different purviews, the operating people are defined as system administrator, lab staff, maintenance staff and operators, with different passwords assigned to them. Unauthorized person is unable to access to this system, which has further enhanced the safety and reliability of the system.

5、This series concrete mixing stations can proportionate the quantities and capacities of the cement, powder silos. At the same time, the configuration style of the mixing station can be adjusted based on the actual condition of the user’s field.

6、The design of the concrete mixing stations is in compliance with environment protection concept. It adopts gas reversed-blowing dust catcher and closed-circulation exhaust, with powder and dust discharge and noise control fully up to the standard.
