1.   The part A is the main part of TG-880 turbine ventilator, it is equipped with UBC bearing which is imported from the USA.

2.   The part B is the middle part of the ventilator. The upper part of B is round and the lower part is square. We can design different sizes of this part according to your request.

3.      The part C is the pedestal of the ventilator, which can fit for various roofs. It can be installed in any place by adjusting the level of the ventilator.

4.      The ball diameter (body diameter) is 880mm, and the throat diameter (inner diameter) is 680mm.

5.      The volume of air discharge is about 2600 to 6500 m³/h.

6.      There are three kinds of materials they are made of: (A) stainless steel, (B) vanes stainless steel+ others galvanized sheet, (C) vanes aluminum + others galvanized sheet.

There is a building which is 50M length, 12M width and 6M height. The difference in temperature between indoor and outdoor is  10℃, and the wind speed is 9.6KM／hr. Moreover the ventilating times of the casting factory according to the standard material is between 10 to 30 times per hour. So the ventilating cube is

(50×12×6) ×10 times／hr = 36000cube／hr .
