Manual or bottle feeder feeds bottle to conveying line, after that the bottles are conveyed and separated to different filling line (there are two filling lines), when sensor checks the first bottle, block and orientate and count bottle, when the bottles are up to the set value, conveyor stops and filling starts, to the set value, filling stops. Then all bottles are conveyed to next step.

      Jam filling machine (Sauce filling machine) is composed of frame, hopper, filling system, orientating system, electrical control, pneumatic control, feeding control and chain conveyor.
