Feature

1.This item adopted the taper clamping roller, and the two terminals has the same linear speed with the inner and outer ring of the die, thus the malposition friction between the gear and the die will disappear, and reduced the resistance , brought down the kinetic energy wastage, extend the service life of the die and reduced the cost of production.

2.The clamping roller was set in uniform distribution and working steady, and this item has simultaneously add the pressed district and improved the production efficiency.

3.With the screw centered voltage regulation structure, the die gap can be adjusted to fit different materials ,and the pressing effect can be assured.

4.Granulation chamber were equipped with observation door to convenient for the momentarily maintenance.

5.This model has various die aperture with the diameter of Φ1.5-Φ20mm to fit different materials granulation and reach the optimization.

Application

It can be used for the over sized fibers granulation, (eg., wooden meal, rice hull, cotton seed hull, weed and various crops fodder , waste material of the factory, etc),the granulation of low adhesive rate, difficult molded materials, it also can be used for the low temperature granulation for the biology bacterial manune, organic fertilizer ,compound fertilizer, and so on .

 

The material can be feed in and out dry without the process of drying, (the material water moisture are no less than the national export water moisture standard, 13%).

Installed with the differential, universal joint drive, motor or diesel.

 Low power expense ,high output and easy to operate.

 

2,With the new technique of extruding granulation and buffing integral types, this item has completely changed the key technique challenge of the traditional granulation technique, eg. low recruitment of the organic ingredients(about 30%), high granulation difficulty , materials drying and extruding ,etc. SKJ-350(3) adopted three times extrusion, the pressed district was added to three clamping rollers, and the sector slanting champing roller has reduced the friction .This item are of low energy consumption and high output.

3,It can produce roundish pure organic fertilizer, organic/inorganic fertilizer in smooth, round granule with high intensity and well fluidity.

4,with the unique technique of the 3in-1 machine , the overall process of low temperature drying, cooling and sieving were finished in one time with low invest in equipments and operation. Microorganisms bacteria survival rate >90%.
