The 50bp Ladder plus is dissolved in storage and loading buffer , which is a convenient ready-to-load format, and can be directly applied onto an agarose or non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels. The DNA Ladder contains the following 13 discrete fragments(in base pairs): 50, 100, 150, 200,250, 300, 400,500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1000bp.The recommended volume for each lane is 2-5µL, and the amount of 250bp and 500bp are about 100ng/5µL (the demonstration bright fragment), and the other each fragment is about 50ng/5µL.
