1, Characteristic of Common Magnesium Oxide Board
Fireproof and burning retardent
According to the inspection standard of national authoritative organization, our MGO board can reach grade A non-combustible, the partition wall system constructed with this kind of board has a good burning retardent effect, with fire-retardent limit higher than the national standard.
Waterproof and moistureproof
Through inspection, our MGO board can still stay intact after being soaked in water for one month without swelling and deforming. Its deforming rate is 0.26% at wet and dry state, and water-absorbing rate is 15% around. Especially its bending-strength can reach 18Mpaat dry state, and can reach 22Mpa at moisure-absorbing state, namely it bending strength is higher at wet state, fully proving its good water and moisture resistance.
Sound insulation
Wall with this kind of board has a good sound insulation effect, 95mm wall with this board can reach the sound insulation effect of 123mm wall with four layers of 12mm gypsum boards, equivalent to the sound insulation effect of 150mm ordinary solid clay brick wall.
Warm preservation and heat insulation
Our MGO board has a thermal resistance of 1.14?k/w, with a good warm preservation and heat insulation effect.
Light weight and high strength
Our MGO board is light in weight, its thickness can be 3mm to 12mm, if for ceiling 3mm to 6mm is ok, if for wall, 9mm to 12mm is ok, this can save transportation cost and make installation fast and convenient. At the same time, our board has a fine anti-impact strength, the weight of 10mm thick board is 10.07kg/m2, parttion wall of light steel keel structure with this board is 31.5kg/m2, but its anti-impact strength is 2-3 times higher than ordinary gypsum board wall.
Environmentally friendly
Our MGO board is made of natural materials such as inorganic ingredient, plant fiber and so on,
