Product Description

The uncoiler is a key unit in the mill line ,it’s mainly used to support the strip coil and together with the straightener ,feed the strip into the flattener .

The end straightener is used together with the uncoiler ,it leads the head of the strip out of the uncoiler，straightens it and feeds it into the flattener.

The shear welder is a key unit in the longitudinally welded pipe mill line.It’s usded parallelly to cut the tail of the strip which has just gone into the accumulator and the head of the strip coming out of the uncoiler ,and then weld them together with carbon dioxide shield welding .
