Product Description
1) Uncoiler is used for supporting strip coils and providing steel strip for the line.
2) End-straightener is used to automatically lift up the ends of coils and send the ends to flattener.
3) Flattener is to flatten the ends of strips and send them to cutting & welding machine.
4) Cutting & welding machine is to cut out the redundant ends of the coils and butt-welding each other together to guarantee continuous production.
5) Strip-accumulator is to accumulate certain length of strip to make sure that the forming & sizing mill can take strip from the accumulator at any time.
6) Forming & sizing mill is the main mill of the whole pipe production line. Composed of forming roll stands, guide roll stand, squeezing roll stand, bur scrapers, sizing roll stands, and rough straightening roll stands, forming process is to roll the strip into pipe shape, high-frequency welder is to weld the pipe edges under the guide of guide rolls, and almost immediately squeezing rolls squeeze pipe edges together, the outer bur scrapers scrape clearly pipe outer burrs, the sizing process guarantees perfect precision of pipe sizes, and finally rough straightener(s) is(are) to longitudinally straighten the pipe.
7) High-frequency welder is the welding equipment to weld the pipe edges together. The welder concentrates high frequency current on the two edges of pipe, and, due to the skin effect and the kindred effect, the edges are heated rapidly to the welding temperature and then almost immediately squeezed together under the pressure of squeeze rolls.
8) Flying Saw is able to precisely cut the pipe to fixed length automatically under the condition that the pipe continuously delivered from the mill at high speed.
9) Roll table, Bench & Packing equipment are to respectively transmit, collect and pack the finished pipes.
10) Electric Control System is very important for the line to produce pipes smoothly and harmoniously.
