The 2005 Cabrnet Sauvignon Merlot is dark red in colour with a crimson bueThere are lifted aromas of blackberry,spice and mocha.The palate exhibits fruitcake and fresh berry fruits, and mocha and coffee characters add complexity. Firm tannins give the wine structure,while a hint of oak from partial barrel maturation brings a sweet spicy finish to the wine.
