Production difficulty level:
1.The thickness tolerance of finished SD card is very strict, so it is required to specially select raw materials.
2. Plating after galvanization is prone to severe deformation and warpage. And, it is so soft and thin that might cause to be improperly grinded. Thus, it requires adjusing the grinding machine.
