KT855 basic mechanical design feature
KT855 is the third generation 3m3 bucket capacity wheel loader design by our company based on vast experience in machine-design and machine-building. It works efficiency in low oil wear. It has follow vanguard technology and characteristic:
1. It’s single rocking arms and six-bar linkage have powerful digging force and high effectiveness.
2. Hydraulic slip is very little, improve thermal equilibrium and increase hydraulic element’s service life.
3. It works steady and efficiently.
4. Each guide in equipment has hermetically sealed construction, well dustproof and lubricated, reduce maintenance for driver.
5. Light truck with long wheel base, guarantee the shovel loader work steady with outstanding power.
6. Schistic front frame of CAT type, double beam box-section structured rear frame, ensures maximum stability, rigidity and intensity.
7. Fitted an emergency brake beside service brake and parking brake, thus it drives in a higher safe reliability.
8. Provide a coaxial flow pressure sensing steering. It has excellent straight driving performance, flexible to be operated.
9. Working hydraulic system with simultaneous flowing dual pumps, cut back oil wear and energy wear significantly.
10. Outfit with four strokes, six cylinder supercharged engine such as WD61567G3-28, D6114ZGB or C6121ZG09e, and axle & transmission made by Jiande, which can works in poor environment.
