UBJ1.8 series squeeze mortar pump is compact, small size. It has the functions of working output, pressure, speed regulation and remote control. It's mainly used for pressure delivery, bonding, plastering all kinds of dry ready-mixed mortar, including plastering mortar, fireproof mortar, floor surface mortar, adhesive mortar, masonry mortar, reinforced mortar, filling mortar, pouring mortar, thermal insulation mortar, fiber mortar, self-leveling mortar, repairing reinforcement mortar.
 
UBJ1.8 is widely used in interior and exterior plastering for wall in city buildings, tunnels, bridges, roads traffic projects, water conservancy project, surface reinforcement plastering, internal deep pressure grouting in buildings. It's also used to produce various kinds of insulation, waterproof, fireproof, soundproof new plates etc.The UBJ series squeeze mortar pump, integrating the functions of press grouting, conveying, grouting, spouting and plastering etc. altogether, is characterized in average discharging speed, high pump conveying pressure, long distance, high production efficiency and pressure grouting. With good spouting effect, the pump sets with a twice agitator to directly convey the mixed mortar into the pump chamber without disintegration and deposit, eliminating the common phenomenon of mortar blocking for the mortar, being widely used for engineering of construction, highway, tunnel, bridge, water conservancy, mine and line, etc.
