1. Before using this machine,put it aclinicaly, you’d better fix the bnc

connector plugs,and fix the location to use.

2. In principle, use it twice,one for morning,one for night,30 minutes for each

time 40C is fit.After using it continuously for 1-2 months, you will surprised to see many usual symptoms have disappeared unconsciously.

3. When doing heat wave, pore in whole body are open,make sure not the let the air conditioning blow to your body, to avoid catching cold.

4. when using footbath ,it will accelerate metabolism eliminate toxin, junk easy to perspire,please dink more water, generally, drink 250 ml boiled water     before before and after using.

5. When opening heating,ozone button to footbath,water dirt will regrate in the machine wall, please clean it after using.

6. It is fit to footbath more than 1 hour before or after eating. After footbath,

please don’t leave soon, deep breath 3 times, rest for 2-3 minutes,then walk.
