KL1.8LM Mining Helmet light

Application:

KL1.8LM mining helmet light is use to illuminate in coal mine or mine underground or field or fight natural calamities and so on severe enviroment. It could used as emergency power for mineral industry,tunnel projects, highway,railway construction and maintenance,breading, rescuing and marine use.

   Features:

1. This series helmet lamp is connected lampholders together with battery.The lamp head can be fixed on mine safety helmets.

2. The battery adopts advanced lithium-ion battery and it’s capacity could make as 1.5-3AH.

3. The lamp is designed with sealed wearling loop for corrosion-proof,shock-proof and explosion-proof.

4. Head lamp is 1Led+6Leds for two light sources: 7Leds lighting is for main light and 1Led for auxiliar light. 

5. Small in size , light in weight,simple charging,easy useage.

Packaging and transport: 

1.When the lamp is ready to send,we disconnect the power switch, the battery is in the state of semi-rechargeable.It means there is about 50 % capacity. 

2.During transport ,keep the miner lamp from intense mechanical shock, shine, rain and prevent from throwing,roll and pressure. Deformation and damage may affect the using life of miner's lamp.

3.Miner's lamp should be stored in the ambient temperature 0 ~ 40 ℃, dry, clean and well-ventilated,non-corrosive storage,keep away from fire and heat source. 

4.If the lamp is stored more than 6 months, it must charge and discharge for 2 or 3 times.
