Diluent: S-003 special diluent or 783 dilution ink
Washing net water: S-718
Curing agent: TT-001 curing agent must be added to 10-15 %
Dry method time: 80 °C baking 30 minutes, 120 °C baking 15 minutes, can also be naturally dried: watch dry 15-20 minutes, dry 24 hours
Ink test:
1. Baige test: 1 mm * 1 mm of Baige, stripped with 3 M adhesive paper, 100 % without removal.
2. Alcohol resistance test: 99 % industrial alcohol returns 500 times with 500 G force.
3. Test of Washing Network Water: 500 times non-decolorization of wet cloth for soaking and washing network water with 500 G force water
4. Petrol resistance test: 500 times color-free wet cloth soaked 97 # gasoline with 500 G force level.
5. Test for acetone resistance: 500 times color-free back and forth of wet cloth soaked with acetone with 500 G force.
6. Acid-base test: Soaked in 5 % HCI and 5 % NaOH solution for 24 hours, no change
7. Grease resistance test: 24 hours after applying butter to the printing surface, use 100 degrees hot oil, use 500 grams of force 50 times, no change
