Double-Stage Crusher
This crusher has special design for high moisture shele, coal gangue.
1. Doubel Rotor, Two Stage Crushing
The Tandem Double Rotors can break the materails twice. After the materials are broken by the first rotor, the second rotor re-breake them and they impact each other. The fine product discharge directly.
2. No Screen Mesh , No blockage 
The traditional Crusher which has a screen mech, is not suitable for the 8% moistue materials. When the moisture content is more than 10%, materials blockage and cannot discharge, the head hammer stop, even destroy the motor . This has a strong impct on producting.
This innovation crusher has no screen mesh, can process any moisture materials, not blockage, easy discharge, low abrasion on the head hammer.
3.Anti-Friction Hammer Head
The hammer head is made of high content alloy anti-fricton materials. The hammer head and hammer beam are combined, so no need to replace the hammer beam.
4. Sepcial Design for Shift lacune adjustment
No need to repair the wearing hammer head, just need to shift its position. That is on set hammer head can be used three times
