Zjb series single-stage high efficiency vacuum oil filter is mainly used for purifying transformer oil, turbine oil, oil below N68, hydraulic oil, and vacuum oil injection of transformer. The utility model has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high purification efficiency, low working noise, convenient maintenance, etc., which can effectively remove the moisture, impurities, methane, ethane and other gases in the oil, improve the flash point and withstand voltage value, and can accelerate the acid removal, decolorization, reduce the dielectric loss and acid value and improve the insulation strength in parallel with the regeneration device. For the oil with breakdown voltage no less than 15kV, the withstand voltage of the oil can reach above 60kV after being treated by zjb single-stage vacuum oil filter.
