Flame

Re-circulation heating system

Internal material recirculation draws hot sealant from the bottom of the tank and continuously circulates the material back to the top. The continuous recirculation extends material pump life and provides superior mixing over non-recirculation designs.

The special design of combustion chamber

There is 45 degree of the combustion chamber. By spreading the flame out without actual contact with the tank walls, more aire is super-heated and the melting process is acclerated. Because of the fewer contacting with flame the chamber life is more longer. Our bolt-on firebox can be sripped only a couple of wrenches.

Engine

YAMMAR engine , 25.4HP water cooled diesel. The performance is perfect is cooling and sound insulating.

Heated hose

The length of heated hose is 6 meters and the core of it is made from nickel which leads to the better performance in life and bending than competitors. You can get more 33.3% working area when compared with competitors hose of 4.5 meters long.

Sealing wand

The sealing wand is light and convenient for using . Material comes out fluently from the hose and controlled by a ball valve. The 270 degree working area can be catched by active wand support.

Smoke exhausting system

Advanced design of smoke exhausting system can reduce the harmful gas from tank and protect safety of environment and the operator.

Material pump

An external matrial pump promotes safety and minimal maintenance. The pump is easily serviceable in the field and can be replaced in less than three hours . There is more 13% working volume than the submerge pump.

Hydraulic system

The pump and agitator system are controlled by a centralized manifold . A glance at the hydraulic level sight gauges tell you in an instant that primary fluid is in good order.
