Application:
Our filmcoating machine is high-efficiency, energysaving, safe, clean, computer-controlled and easy-to-use mechatronics equipment which is used for coating organic film, water solube film, sow and release film in traditional Chinese and Western tablets and pills (including small pills, water-bindered) and granuled, featuring mechatronis and conforms to the requirement of GMP.

Operating Principle:
The tablet cores to be film coated make continuous complicated orbital motion within a closed clean rotating drum under the action of a streamline guide plate. Controlled by computer and according to the optimum technological parameters, they are automatically sprayed with film coating medium, while hot air is supplied under a negative pressure controlled, the hot air penetrates through the tablet core layers and is discharged from below the drum, so that the film coating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet cores may dry rapidly and evenly, thereby forming layer of solid, compact, neat and smooth surface film.
