The purity of Al2O3 doped ZnO (AZO) sputtering target in our company is more than 99.99%.    The relative density is more than 99%.   The sizes of the sputterng targets are as follows:   (1) The plate sputtering target:  all sizes are within 600mm x 300mm x 20mm.  (2) The cylinder sputtering target :   the diameter:50--400mm,  the thickness: 50--200mm,  the height: 50--500mm,  the electric resistance rate is smaller than 5 x 10.3q.cm
