Wood Effect Decorating System includes four processes:

Process 1. Film Slitting- Slit Film in Roll into required width,

Process 2. Bagging Process(Ultrasound Welding)-Bag the Powder coated or E.D Profile with the Pre-slitted Film,

Process 3. Vaccum and Curing Process-Take the Bagged Profile and insert into Suction Heads and start the Vacuum Process. After finished, send the profiles on the trolley into oven for curing,

Process 4. Film Removal- Withdraw the Cured Profile and remove the Film.
