Workshop fitting fusion machine SHJ1200

This machine is designed to complete in workshop , the welding job of pipe-to-pipe and fabrication of fittings with different diameters, such as elbow, 90 degree tee and cross.

1.Electric trimmer is hydraulic controlled to travels on high quality linear guide way.

2.Trimmer is equipped with limit switch, only when the trimmer gets to the correct working position, the trimmer can be started

3.Hydraulic controlled PTFE coated heating plate with shield stand

4.Elbow clamp open/close, lock/loose are controlled  hydraulically

5.Standing electric box and wheeled operation table

6.Pressure regulation valve can be operated to set and apply accurate welding pressure.

7.Compact control box with timer, digital pressure meter, regulation valve and so on

8.This machine is manufactured according to ISO12176-1.
