3. Directions for Use

1. Use triethylamine (CAS no.121-44-8) , ammonia water(CAS no.1336-21-6) or N,N-dimethyl ethanolaminer(CAS no. 108-01-0) adjust YF-155’s PH to7.5-8.

2. YF-155 : Drier = 100 : 6

4. Product Features 

1.YF-155 is a waterborne air-drying alkyd resin, has excellent adhesion and anti-corrosion capability .

2.YF-155 can be directly diluted with water, the diluted solution have excellent shear stability, can make pigment pastes.

3. Be able to dissolve in alcohols and ethers.

4. The diluted solution is transparent and stable at weak basic condition, will be precipitated and delaminated at acid condition. So the diluted solution and the water-borne alkyd paint should be stored at weak basic condition .

5. YF-155 should be used diluted with deionized water, tap water in the test also can be used. And should be pay attention to the PH of the system when diluting, acidic or hetero ion water will destroy the system’s stability. After adjusting the PH of the solution will have a good storage stability.

5. Application

Air-drying or baking. Applicable in water-borne industrial maintenance coatings(such as steel structure, metal etc), Water- borne inks.

6. Storage

Storage temperature is 0-40°C. Best be used within one year after it is produced.

7. Packing

Packed in 200 kg/barrel.
