Soft Silicone Oil EM-5180A
◆Production instruction:
Soft silicone oil EM-5180A is a new generation of three amino modified silicone oil, due to the strong performance of amino can react with carboxyl, hydroxyl and others of the fibre surface, therefore, macromolecule can be better attach to the fiber surface achieve good soft,smooth and flexibility, etc. This product can be used for after finishing of all fabrics.

◆ Character:
1.Soft silicone oil EM-5180A is micro emulsion which particle size<0.15mm.It has good penetrability, imparts finished fibrics excellent soft and smooth handle feel.
2. Compared with tranditional aminoethyl and aminopropyl silicone oil, soft silicone oil EM-5180A has better smooth property,good fluffy handle feel,good stability use in jet dyeing machine,good stability and compatibility when compound use with anionic fluorescer or resin.
3. Soft silicone oil EM -5180A contains self-crosslinking activity groups, can get excellent durability and washability without heat or catalyst.
◆ Use of method:
Silicone oil EM-5180A must be diluted to other proportion product can be sell and use.If dissolve to proportion of 30% EM-5130 use method as below:
1.Dip padding method: EM-5130 10-15g / L, penetrant agent 0-2g / L, at room temperature.
2. Immersion method: EM-5130 2-3% (o.w.f), bath rate: 1:15, 30-40 ℃ , 15-30min.
◆ Package and storage:
120 kg of plastic barrels.
Store sealed in a cool dry place, shelf life of six months.If the product color turn little yellow,there is no effect to its character.
