The juice yield exceeds 80%, and the intact rate of seed is more than 98%. The sorting equipment of seed and pomace is available as well. The raw schisandra juice produced by this fruit juice production line using totally-enclosed technology with oxygen-insulating does not contain any antiseptic and the raw juice can be stored and transported at the normal temperature. The fruit juice is packaged by aluminum foil asepsis bag inside and metal pail outside. The packaging is 200 kg barrel.This production line can process 1-1.5T fresh fruit in one hour, with a power of 24KW, voltage of 380V, using 1T water per hour, and covers a space of 10*2.2*8 CBM.
