Product Description
BD-887 includes: four short neck padlocks, one hasp, and 12 vinyl “Do Not Start” tags.
Purpose: Keeps locks, tags and hasps organized and handy to disable equipment before maintenance or servicing. Either color choice is highly visible, and will remind employees about the dangers of accidental start-ups.
Material: The board is making of the Plexiglas

Locks Description:
1.Padlock
Material: lock body is use the ABS, lock neck is use the sturdy steel with Cores in brass. Keys in steel, plated with chrome and nickel.
Size: There are two types of lock, the length of padlock is 94mm, and another is 52mm, but both of their bodies are the same.
Color: Blue, light blue, red, yellow, green or brown.
Purpose: Locks and keys are stamped with the words "safety lockout" to alert workers. As an added measure of safety, each lock comes with only one key. Choice of six colors lets you assign one to each worker.
2.Hasp lock
Material: Containing the Sturdy Steel, and corrosion-resistant paint covering the body.
Size: There are 1″ and 1.5″ two kinds of diameters about hook, it’s can accept the padlock which diameter is about 3/8″.
Purpose:Help eliminate accidental injuries when more than one worker needs to lock out machine energy sources
3.Lockout tags:
Material: Body: PVC or plastic
Grommet: metal.
Purpose: Lockout tags communicate a wide variety of information quickly and effectively to the people in your workplace.
Ps: All of the character, color, size and content against with the customer's request.
