The SIL (Single-In-Line)-series Reed Relays reduce the required space to a minimum. Requiring only half the PCB area of the DIP or DIL series, the SIL relays offer all the advantages of Reed Technology.

This SIL package is also offered in an instrumentation grade RF version capable of switching signals from DC to 1.5 GHz.

Description

The New R ed Molded design of our MICRO SIL relay requires less than half of the mounting area of a standard Reed Relay. The MICRO SIL Series is a single-in-line Reed Relay using only 15.20 x 3.8 mm of board space which is half the standard SIL requirement. They are used as voltage relays.

The MICRO SIL reed relay also comes in a DPST epoxy encapsulated version, using only 15.1 x 3.8 mm of board space.

The MS relay series also comes in an RF version capable of switching signals up to 1 GHz making it suitable for test and instrumentation applications.

BE Reed Relays

Description

With the extensive BE Series you have the choice between a metal and a plastic casing. The globally current pinnings assure the availability of widely pin-compatible Reed Relays. According to the different casings, either 1 to 5 form A switches, 1 to 2 form C switches, 2 Form A and 2 Form B switches or 1 to 2 bistable (E) Form A switches are offered. Special low thermal versions are also available. The BE series is completely potted with a durable flexibly Polyurethane resin. Versions with an extremely high insulation resistance of 1014 Ohm achieved through a special PU potting compound are also available for special requirements of test systems, medical equipment and precision measuring devices. This series` range of applications is very wide-spread due to the variety of possible contact combinations:
