S-ZW3000B bending machine easily realizes the automatic manufacturing. The measuring process for bending distances and the simultaneous transmission of servo motor guarantee the machine with a high efficiency. Three separate working functions—heating, bending and transmitting—are working simultaneously and continuously. When a first curve is bent, a second one is heated. In this way, the working time is saved a lot. With the controlling program input on Siemens touching screen, the machine can automatically bend four curves at most at the same time. The use of vacuum jig makes tiny bending possible and one time setting to heat or cool the bending can be executed cyclically.
