I． Main characteristic:

II．Main Usage：

This product is specially designed and manufactured for quickly, economically and conveniently repairing small range pit, bumpy, dilapidation, chap in the asphalt road. It completely solved the difficulty that the pit, bumpy repairing can’t be digging as well as supplying at the same because of the mixture supply, which has bored the road maintenance department. On the other hand, during the recycling, it makes full use of the origin waste and old asphalt mixture and reduces the producing cost, also reduces the environment pollution and the expense of wasted mixture transportation and depositing, increase your economy benefit.

III．Main structure

This product is made up of moving chassis, equipment frame, recycling converter, drive system, asphalt spraying system and electrical control system.

Drive system: including GX620 (20 horsepower) Honda gasoline motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valve, hydraulic motor, hydraulic oil cylinder and hydraulic accessories and so on; supplying drive for recycling converter circumrotating and lift, driving asphalt pump and driving AC generator;

Electrical control system: including control handle and kinds of control relays and so on, realizing every electromagnetic valve conveniently;

Recycling converter aggregate: including recycling converter, converter frame, converter protecting cover, the front door cover of the converter and so on; mainly realizing recycling the asphalt mixture or heating and mixing new aggregate; also realizing converter overturn, the converter outlet lift and down;

Moving chassis and equipment frame:

Providing sustentation of the whole equipment and drafting moving; act as the structure of the whole equipment;

Asphalt spraying system:

Including heat preservation asphalt box, asphalt spraying pump, electric heating spraying pipes and so on; mainly realizing mucosity oil spraying during pit and bumpy repairing and small area asphalt spraying;
