Three Phase Prepaid Energy Meter with CPU Card is used for measuring the three phase a.c. active energy, and also can realize the function of prepayment. It adopts the high quality long lifetime components and SMT manufacturing craft, the micro-processing and electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) technology, and is reliable in performance, and uses the special CPU of which is managed by the encryption and has high grade of security level and can be issued jointly with the bank by joint card.
It conforms to IEC 62053-21 standard: Static meters for active energy (Class 1 and 2), and the standard of GB/T 18460.3-2001 Prepaid Energy Meter. Techrise also can design and produce the meter as per the standards offered by the buyers.

the high grade of security level and the encryption management
to ensure the safer system. - Security: ESAM module is installed inside the meter to identify
the encryption key with the CPU mutually; With the high grade of security; Ensuring one user, one meter and one card; Only
one-time successful input is valid for every prepayment. - Data feedback: CUP card will feedback the total consumed(prepaid) energy and others information to the vending machine in order to
duly know the conditions of energy consumption. - Alarm function: When the residual energy is not enough, the alarm
lamp will flash firstly and then power off will happen in order to remind the users to prepay. - Automatic trip: Trip when the residual energy is zero, and the power on will not be restored by inserting the card until the new prepayment.
- Scroll display of energy: Scroll display of the residual energy, accumulative energy and reversal energy. The residual energy will be constantly displayed once it is lower than the alarm energy.
- Strong ability to withstand destruction: The inside metering and control won’t be affected when the card holder is destroyed by the external attack.
- Tamper and fraud protection: Bidirectional measurement; With the protection function of the short circuit, the reversal connection of phase wire and neutral wire, and the neutral wire connecting to the earth.
