JacoTech offers engraved plastic/polymer extrusion/embossing and casting rolls used to produce 3D-Animated lenticular sheet and roll materials.

We can engrave from 1 lpi to over 800 lpi.

Big and heavy cylinders are our speciality. 42" diameter x 177" between centers on our 5 multi-axis diamond machining center.

We can diamond turn, diamond mill, diamond fly-cut. We can engrave lens arrays or other special micro optical pattern molds around and across the cylinder.
