The chamfering machines developed by this company are available in two types: flush chamfering type and staggering chamfering type. In the case of the flush chamfering type, the two chamfering machines at the two ends of the pipes are deployed oppositely and the two ends of the same pipe are chamfered simultaneously in the same work position while in the case of the staggering chamfering type, the two chamfering machines are deployed staggered and the two ends of the same pipe are chamfered successively at different work positions.
The flush chamfering type cover a smaller floorage, the displacement unit handles less pipes and require one less end aligner before chamfering; therefore, it require slightly less investment. Apart from these, the length of the pipes after chamfering are exactly identical, and the packing is better. However, it has high requirement on the saw-cutting precision and is not suitable for users without NC flying saws.
The flush chamfering machines developed in this company incorporate a proprietary technology – the hydraulic centering and alignment technology, whereby there is a centering and flushing position prior to the chamfering position. After centering and flushing, the two ends of the pipes are symmetrically positioned against the tools at the ends which reduces chamfering time and reject rate of products.
In addition, for products requiring chamfering, especially in cases where the requirement is on the deviation of width is rigid, we can provide, apart from spring-balanced profiling tool holders, hydraulic profiling tool holders with better responsiveness.
