The Meltron industrial compact flash card iCF65 is industry standard ATA compatible 50-pin card can easily be designed in to virtually any application, making it the ideal solution for applications requiring very reliable, high performance, low power storage. It comes with Type-I interface and UDMA5 transfer mode can be configured as a boot device. This industrial compact flash can operate in standard temperature grade (0°C to +70°C) or industrial extended temperature grade (-40°C to +85°C) and has a durability of 5,000,000 program program/erase cycles and 6,000,000 hours ( MTBF) It is available with either Ultra MLC/ MLC or SLC NAND Flash and is offered in capacities from 1GB to 64GB
