Machine Description:

1.Material of out shell:  Galvanized-steel with painting, stainless steel, PU soft coat, aluminum-alloy.

2.Material of inner tank: BTC 304R steel & enamel coating

3.Insulation: polyurethane resin foaming.

4.Material of inner coils: Copper / stainless steel .

The enamel coating on the surface of inner steel vessel is a kind of silicate, so it never face the danger of scale or corrosion, just like glass. Also, after barking at 900 degree Celsius, enamel coating is so perfectly covered on the surface of inner steel plate that water had chance to contact with inner plate.

 

2. Double heat preservation.

Its physical feature ensures that enamel coating can be served to preserve heat, just like the polyurethane foam. From this point, our enamel tank has double heat preservation. Also as enamel coating is insulated from heat, the service life of polyurethane foam will be much longer & efficient. For porcelain enamel tanks, the heat loss coefficient is 5-7% per day.

1) Research & development

2)Purchasing
In order to control products quality ,meet engineer demand, Suoning purchasing department purchase good quality materials according to each model heat pump BOM list .Suoning demand each spare parts supplier has products testing report, and relative CCC, ISO certificated, from compressor, expansion vale and so on.

3). Production
Each worker must operate seriously according to production operating standard, pay attention to each installation link, both copper pipe welding and electric controlling connection are both finished with professional technology.

4).Checking
Each heat pump must be checked seriously before leave our factory. COP, heating capacity must reach national standard, all parameters such as current pressure, and water temperature and so on must be recorded, each heat pump test report is stored.

5). Package
After testing and checking , a qualified heat pump is packaged by plastic protective film and wooden case before send to our warehouse, avoid hitting.
